Arte-Fact Fine Art, is devoted exclusively to Old Master paintings from the 16th to the 18th century. With expertise in both the art market and legal aspects of collecting, the gallery offers collectors informed guidance and a rigorous approach to acquisition, research, and conservation. Each work is carefully studied and conserved in collaboration with restorers, scientists and scholars, with the aim of preserving its beauty and spirit for future generations and fostering a deeper understanding of its place in history. Since its founding, Arte-Fact Fine Art has handled more than 500 works, with several now housed in major museum collections. The founder of the gallery, Claudia Walendy, is member of the ROCAD, member of the advisory board of ‘Het Friese Portret’ foundation and benefactor of several art historical societies. Arte-Fact Fine art is deeply committed to safeguarding cultural heritage and championing the enduring power of Old Master paintings.
