The gallery was founded by Patrick De Brock in 1991 and is currently occupying two spaces in the Belgian coastal city of Knokke. The gallery's program is built around established contemporary art with a focus on abstract painting. Over the past three decades, the gallery has staged numerous solo shows with established artists present on the international art scene, including Alan Charlton, Günther Förg, Bernard Frize, Imi Knoebel, Julian Opie, Dan Walsh, Terry Winters and Heimo Zobernig. The gallery is also active in the secondary market, focusing on colour field painting, minimalism and conceptual art. The gallery has participated in a number of art fairs such as ARCO Madrid, Art Forum Berlin, Art Brussels, BRAFA and FIAC Paris. 2021 marks Patrick De Brock’s fifth participation at BRAFA Art Fair.
