Opgericht in 1989 door Agnès Aittouarès, is Galerie AB gevestigd in Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Parijs. Gespecialiseerd in moderne kunst, presenteert de galerie via tentoonstellingen en publicaties een selectie van toonaangevende kunstenaars zoals Pierre Bonnard, Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, Alexandre Calder, Victor Brauner, Marc Chagall, Henri Michaux, Hans Hartung, Karel Appel, Pierre Alechinsky, César Baldaccini en Jean Pierre Ghysels. De keuze wordt bepaald door een curatoriale eis waarbij elk werk voldoet aan criteria van kwaliteit en uniciteit. Als FNEPSA-expert richtte Agnès Aittouarès in 2020 een advies- en expertisekantoor op voor het beheer van artistiek erfgoed. Zij begeleidt verzamelaars, conservatoren en instellingen bij de aankoop van collecties. De galerie werkt samen met vooraanstaande musea, zoals het Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, het Musée de Montmartre (Parijs), het Hôtel de Caumont (Aix-en-Provence) en het Musée Bonnard (Le Cannet). Actief op het internationale toneel, neemt de galerie deel aan talrijke beurzen.
