ABOUT
Galerie Greta Meert has been a vital force in contemporary art for over 30 years, building a programme that connects generations and highlights shared artistic concerns. From its early exhibitions with Thomas Struth, Robert Mangold, Louise Lawler, John Baldessari, and Hanne Darboven, the gallery has consistently emphasised minimal and conceptual practices, as well as the role of photography, with pioneering presentations of the Vancouver School. Through the 1990s and 2000s it deepened its historical reach, showing Carl Andre, Sol LeWitt, Fred Sandback, and reviving overlooked Italian artists like Carla Accardi and Enrico Castellani. Today, it remains committed to younger voices whose work resonates with this lineage.
