Nach seinem Abschluss in Kunstgeschichte in Gent eröffnete Klaas Muller im Jahr 2000 seine Galerie im Sablon-Viertel in Brüssel. Die Galerie hat ihren Schwerpunkt auf Malerei, Zeichnungen und Skulpturen des 16. bis 18. Jh., insbesondere den italienischen, niederländischen und flämischen Meistern.
