Founded as a small comic book store in Cologne in 1980, TASCHEN is today renowned globally for publishing ambitious illustrated books on art, architecture, design and more. TASCHEN’s Collector’s Editions represent not only spectacular feats of print publishing, but art investments in their own right. Conceived and curated in direct collaboration with the artists, these signed and limited edition books offer unprecedented access to rare archival materials, complete portfolios, original artworks and the artist’s personal reflections. At BRAFA, TASCHEN will present, amongst others, projects by Georg Baselitz, André Butzer, David Hockney and Sebastiao Salgado.
