Costermans is established in Brussels, in the historical area of the Sablon. The gallery is located in the historical monument and Hôtel Particulier known as the Hôtel du Chastel de la Howarderie, built around 1780. Today Arnaud Jaspar Costermans, who represents the sixth generation of antique dealers in his family, specialises in rare examples of 18th and 19th century European furniture and Decorative Arts. In collaboration with Cédric Pelgrims de Bigard, he has also developed a new branch to the gallery, focusing on important old master paintings by famous 16th and 17th century Flemish and Dutch artists. Costermans offers visitors a wide range of artworks selected with the taste and professionalism of a family of members of ROCAD.BE (the Royal Chamber of Art Dealers Belgium), self-affiliated to the CINOA since 1947.
