We are happy to show for the first time in Brussels a work of the renowned Belgian artist Martin Margiela on our BRAFA booth 011. Martin Margiela’s visual practice spans a broad range of media, including painting, sculpture, installation, collage and film. His works attest to his fondness for the overlooked and unconventional. Margiela magnifies both disruptions and poetic junctions, seeking beauty in the fleeting. He believes that objects are always in a state of transformation, and he is intrigued by the marks of time. Important sources of inspiration for the artist are the human body, epidermis and hair, as well as the urban environment as an infinite place of wonder. ABOUT

Bernier Eliades 画廊于1977年在雅典成立, 是希腊当代艺术的前卫。Jean Bernier 和 Marina Eliades展出若个艺术流派如 “贫穷艺术” (l’Arte Povera)、“极少主义艺术”(le Minimalisme)、“大地艺术”(le Land Art)和“概念艺术”(l’art conceptuel), 主要以欧美新兴艺术家作品为主。除雅典画廊外, 于2016年4月在布鲁塞尔市Chatelain地区扩建了另一个新画廊；举办过不同艺术家个别展, 包括有Giovanni Anselmo, Mario Airò, Louisa Clement, Elliott Hundley, Christiane Lohr, Valérie Mannaerts, Nikos Navridis, Giancarlo Scaglia, Kostas Sahpazis 和 Liang Wei等艺术家。在BRAFA 2020 博览会展览期间，BERNIER/ELIADES 画廊将在其布鲁塞尔画廊展出Robert Wilson作品和播放有关视频。画廊经常参加国内外盛大展览, 包括巴塞尔艺术展览会、迈阿密巴塞尔艺术展览会、香港巴塞尔艺术展览会、布鲁塞尔美术展览会及BRAFA博览会等等。
