Alain Huberty and Marc Breyne have run their gallery which specializes in comics for over twenty-five years. For the 2019 edition of BRAFA, Huberty & Breyne Gallery is dedicating a first space to Philippe Geluck's ‘Le Chat’ and a second to Midam, the author of ‘Kid Paddle’ and ‘Game Over’. Midam will exhibit his comic strips and other work created as part of 'New-Blork City'. Huberty & Breyne Gallery will also showcase great comic classics, with a spotlight on the mythical cover of Willy Vandersteen's ‘Fantôme espagnol’. Finally, in the last space, François Avril, Jean-Claude Götting, Miles Hyman and Loustal show how comics can lead to other creative horizons. Sheets from their albums will be exhibited alongside works exemplifying other forms of visual art.
