For this 2019 edition of BRAFA, the Martel-Greiner gallery has chosen to pay tribute to a sculptor of Peruvian origin, Alberto Guzman, who died late 2017. The original, historical works they will show by this artist include marbles, bronzes and paintings which bring his magnificent work on light to the fore. The gallery’s rigorous selection also comprises sculptures by Jacques Brown, Pol Bury, Emile Gilioli, Monique Rozanes, Ilio Signori, Serge Vandercam and Isabelle Waldberg. Design is represented by original creations by Rivadossi, 1950s and contemporary Italian furniture. To keep to its yearly tradition, the gallery is also presenting artists' jewellery. The Belgian-American jeweller and coppersmith Michael Good and pieces by Georges Cuyvers will have pride of place.
