The Concierge of the Hotel Le Plaza Brussels, a member of the Belgian Royal Warrant Holders, will be delighted to assist you throughout the fair from 23 January to 3 February 2019.

For all inquiries concerning Brussels, the booking of restaurants, hotels, car rental, plane tickets, transfers to the airport or any other service, please do not hesitate to contact the Concierge at the entrance of the fair.
There are several dining and drinking options located throughout the exhibition halls. The restaurant that offers a à la carte menu, the brasserie which serves delightful Belgian specialities, an oyster counter and several bars, serving cocktails and soft drinks.
Taittinger champagne bars are also located throughout the exhibition halls.
A supervised car park is available for visitors on the Tour & Taxis site. A parking space costs 6 €. The car park is located close to the entrance which can be reached on foot or, if preferred, by using the complimentary shuttle service offered by BMW.
VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES
The entrance to the Brafa Art Fair is wheelchair accessible, as are the galleries, restaurants and bars. There are two restrooms with adjoining water fountains that are wheelchair accessible, one located next to the Info Press counter and the other located near the Brafa Lounge.
Wheelchairs are available in the cloakroom in the main lobby and can be borrowed free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. To book one, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office on +32 (0)2 513 48 31, specifying the date and time of arrival.
