Based in Ostend for over 25 years, the Seghers Gallery is located in the centre of the city, in a listed building of the Twenties, near the ‘Mu.ZEE’. The collection is characterized by a wide diversity of artistic genres. At BRAFA this year, it is showing works by such artists as Pierre Alechinsky, Bram Bogart, Marcel Broodthaers, Pol Bury, William Copley, Salvador Dali, Edgar Degas, Wim Delvoye, Jean Dubuffet, James Ensor, J.J. Gailliard, Marcel Mariën, Henri Michaux, Constant Permeke, Richard Pettibone, Antoni Tapies, Leon Spilliaert, Englebert Van Anderlecht, Paul Van Hoeydonck, Louis Van Lint and Maurice Wyckaert.

    Michel Draguet, General Director of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium shares his favourite artwork at the BRAFA Art Fair... A Discover the international art fair from 27 January to 4 February onwards. The painting by Marc Mendelson is shown by the Seghers Gallery which also showcases works by artists such as Pierre Alechinsky, Louise Bourgeois, Pol Bury, Salvador Dali, Edgar Degas, Jean Dubuffet, James Ensor, Félicien Rops, Antoni Tapies and Ossip Zadkine.
